General Practitioners (GPs) treat all common medical conditions and refer patients to hospitals and other medical services for urgent and specialist treatment. They focus on the health of the whole person combining physical, psychological, and social aspects of care.

Dr Elisabeth Bowen

Dr Bowen qualified at the University of Wales College of Medicine, Cardiff in 1992 and joined the practice as a Partner in May 2011. She spent several years working all over England and Wales before coming to North Wales to train in General practice, finishing in 1999. She was a part time partner at a practice in Bangor for five years before working as a locum and in the GP Out of Hours Service for six years.

Dr Cyntina Grantham

Dr Grantham qualified at the University of Sheffield Teaching Hospital Trust, in 2003. She joined Bodreinallt Surgery in 2015, having been a partner at neighbouring Meddygfa Gyffin, since 2012. Her particular interests are that of medical education and minor surgery.

Dr Mared Dafydd

Dr Rosa Martinez

Dr Martinez qualified in Zaragoza (Spain). She moved to the UK in 1990 and completed GP training in Aberystwyth, where she worked at several surgeries, as well as at the Drug Misuse Clinic. In 2006, Dr Martinez relocated to Liverpool, moved to sunny North Wales in 2012 and later joined us here, at Bodreinallt Surgery, in January 2016.
