Due to the current demand that we have on our telephones and reception team, we no longer have the capacity to accept prescription requests over the telephone. We have introduced a new service that enables you to email your request.
Please email your prescription requests, along with your name and D.O.B., to email@example.com.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, Bodreinallt.

Bodreinallt Surgery is situated in a Grade II listed building at the entrance to the town from the riverside, opposite the castle. A ramp provides easy access for disabled patients. Our branch surgery is on the main Llandudno Junction road at the corner of McKinley Road.
Last month, February 2020, 180 patients failed to attend their appointment. This is equivalent to 30 hours of appointment time.
We now have a text reminder service in place - to remind patients of their appointment. If you would like to take advantage of this service; please ensure we have an up to date mobile number for you. This service also allows you to cancel your appointment quickly, with a reply text.
