Team
Dr
Martin Williams MB, ChB, DA, DRCOG, FPA Cert Having
qualified at Bristol Medical School in 1974, Dr Williams worked
in various hospitals in the UK and Australia before joining Bodreinallt
Medical Practice as a Partner in 1981. His particular interest is
minor surgery which includes the removal of small lumps and bumps,
skin lesions, warts, toe nails, the aspiration of joints and the
injection of joints and soft tissue. He is the Medical Officer for
two large local employers and until recently, was the medical member
on the panel of the Appeals Tribunal Service.
Dr
John Rees MRCS, LRCP, DRCOG, FPA Cert Dr Rees became qualified
at Westminster Medical School, London in 1978. He became a Partner
in 1984. Having been a keen rugby player during his medical school
days, he retains an interest in the treatment of all types of sports
injuries and has travelled with various sports clubs as medical
officer.
Dr
Alistair Crawford MBBS, DGM, MRCGP, FPA Cert Dr Crawford
qualified at London Hospital Medical College in 1987 and joined
the practice as a Partner in 1992. His particular interests are
the care of the elderly, child protection and he is the medical
officer for Ty Gobaith, the children's hospice for North Wales situated
locally. He is the lead partner of the Practice for care of
our diabetic patients and is also the medical officer for the local
RNLI.
Dr
Jane Smith MB, ChB, MRCGP, DFFP Dr Smith qualified at Liverpool
Medical School in 1986 and joined the practice as a Partner in April
2001 having been a half time partner in Llanrwst Surgery for six
years. She has an interest in family planning issues and offers
comprehensive advice on all aspects of contraception, including
the fitting of intra-uterine contraceptive devices. She also has
a special interest in dermatology.

The Doctors at Bodreinallt
Surgery are committed to the training and support of health care
professionals, for example, student doctors from the Liverpool School of
Medicine, nurses, midwives etc., and persons intending to become health
care professionals. A patient's permission will always be sought prior
to consultation if a trainee is attached to a member of our clinical
team, and the Practice is perfectly happy to respect their wishes.
