Repeat prescriptions

As from 1 September 2007, the fit and able-bodied patients, under the age of 65, can no longer order their repeat prescriptions by telephone (this will hopefully ease the congestion of incoming calls).

All patients requesting repeats are asked to use the counterfoil on the right-hand side of their previous prescription, ticking the item(s) required.

These requests can be left at reception or deposited in the specially marked post-box outside the front door at Bodreinallt. Should you wish to apply by post, please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Allow 24 hours for us to process your request.

Some local chemists will pick up and deliver prescriptions. Please discuss this service with your pharmacy or ask at reception for further details.
