Bodreinallt Medical Practice is committed to treating our patients with dignity and respect, and to provide an efficient primary care service.

To help the Practice run smoothly, we ask that if patients are unable to keep appointments, they let us know so that we can make them available to someone else. Please be patient particularly at busy times and treat our staff with respect – they are trying to help! We do not tolerate violence and aggression and strongly support the NHS policy of zero tolerance. Abuse of GPs, staff or other patients, verbally or physically will result in removal from the Practice list. In extreme cases, police will be called to remove the offender.

Complaints

We do genuinely have our patients' interests at heart. Complaints usually arise from a misunderstanding, but if you have a complaint about the service you have received from a doctor or any member of the Practice staff, please let us know. Our Practice Manager, will be happy to help.

Patient Confidentiality

Patients’ personal information is recorded on computer and we are registered under the Data Protection Act. We will maintain patient confidentiality at all times, however it will, at times, be necessary to share medical information with other members of the practice team.

Freedom of Information - Publication Scheme

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the 'classes' of information the practice intends to routinely make available. This scheme is available from reception.
